Refund Policy

At Creorix, every product is custom-made and uniquely created for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless one of the following conditions applies:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item has a manufacturing or quality defect

If your order meets any of the conditions above, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Return & Replacement Conditions

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 30 days after delivery

  • Clear photos of the product and issue must be provided

  • The item must not be intentionally damaged or misused

Please note:

  • Because all products are custom-made and one-of-a-kind, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selections made by the customer.

  • We are not responsible for failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, including but not limited to incorrect address, phone number, or recipient name.

  • Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, production begins immediately.

  • Orders canceled before shipment will incur a 50% cancellation fee to cover production and processing costs.

  • Any shipping fees paid (if applicable) will be fully refunded for canceled orders before shipment.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Return Procedure

Step 1

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos showing the problem (if applicable)

We will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

Step 2

If your request is approved, we will provide return or replacement instructions.

Please do not return any items without authorization.

Step 3

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
